At just 13 years old Alexis was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and completed 36 weeks of chemotherapy. Without any change to the cancer, Alexis made the difficult decision to amputate. Now at 25 years old, Alexis dreamed of being able to wear high heels. With help from Next Step, Alexis is now rocking her first pair of heels.
