Krystle’s Kids Fund

On April 15, 2013 the City of Boston was devastated by a horrendous act of terrorism, where two bombs exploded near the finish line at the Boston Marathon.

29 year old Krystle Campbell was one of three whose life was taken that day. To honor Krystle’s memory, the Heather Abbott Foundation, along with close friends of Krystle’s, Karen Mcwatters and Matt White, established Krystle’s Kids’ Fund in 2018, 5 years after Krystle’s death.

The Fund’s mission is to provide scholarships to Boston area children who are amputees that allow them to attend camps designed for kids with limb differences.

Boston area children who are interested in a scholarship to Camp No Limits in 2023, should apply for consideration here!
